• Water Fun!

  It’s been hot and only getting hotter as the days go on this week! The kids had a blast yesterday with their new yard toy. (quick intermission before you see the pics… we did put an offer on the house last night that we found close to campus with an attached student apartment…. we will see what happens!)
  
  

  
  

  

  Jared went so fast that I mostly got his big slash! I got wet on the last one!

  

  

  Caleb loved sitting in the sprinkler and look at that face as he comes in for the big splash!

  

  The girls were not too sure about this new contraption in their yard!

  

  

  Phoebe figured out that if she stepped on the hose she could control that crazy spray of water. Of course her brothers didn’t enjoy this aspect when it wasn’t done at the most convenient timing! See Jared in the background of the first pic? He would kink the hose which really added to her confusion! lol

   
  Chloe cautiously tried to catch the water in her hands. Then she made her way to the safety zone of the patio and picked a peony petal!!
  
   

  We finally convinced the girls to try to go on their belly with the water off.

  

  Phoebe got the courage to crawl under the water!

  

  Chloe decided she would walk first. Look at her face to the reaction of the cold water!
