Happy Fourth Gotcha Day Girls!
Yummy cake to celebrate!
Phoebe wanted chocolate and Chloe wanted vanilla. They decided to compromise on marble.
Am I blessed or what with this gaggle?! See above my head? That is a map of Ukraine. The kids can point out where they were born and where we have traveled while in Ukraine. They wonder each day where our next baby/ies will come from. Very sweet!
It may have been four years ago since they came home, but Papa can still lift them up together!
Mama could hold them both too, but not without lots of giggles trying to do so!
Even big brothers wanted in on the action. The boys loved to carry the girls around by piggy back when they were babies! Jared and Caleb both were very sweet celebrating and reminiscing with the girls. I do NOT regret one bit all the extra work to take the boys on the girls’ adoption trip!! Both of them shared with the girls that they were so glad to be big brothers and told them stories all about going to get them in Ukraine. My heart grew about five sizes tonight listening to the kids interact.
In the evening we all cuddled in to watch the girls’ adoption video.
My beautiful daughters!! I still am in awe how God brought us together!
