Recital Pics
I don't have video yet. I am thinking I need to purchase another program in order to get it off of my minidv player. Sorry about that! It's all so new to me. I do have pics though!
Grammy Dena giving Caleb some encouragement before the recital begins. She is a photographer so I cannot wait to get the real GOOD photos she took of the kids!
They do not allow you to use flash photography during the recital so for pics we had to have them play again afterwards. Caleb actually played his song as a duet with his piano teacher. (Hopefully, I will get that to you via video soon! The smile on his face nearing on the end and at his bow was priceless!!)
Jared played both his songs as a duet as well. One with Eric on guitar and one with his professor.
I was able to snap this one of Eric and Jared practicing just moments before recital began.
My handsome boys at their first recital TOGETHER!
A photo op of all the kids and their "Mini"
Grampa Keith and Grammy Dena came too!
I think this one is self explanatory!

They are great pics. The kids are so cute. As much ad you want to take pics during the recital, I think that 'no flash' rule is a good one. Flashes could cause the kids to mess up, and is a distraction to the other attendees.
Great pics!
What great pics you got! It looks like everyone had a good time. I can't believe how tall Caleb is getting. And both boys look so proud! Good for them! (And I'm so glad you were able to join in. How's the headache?)
You are a blessed Mother indeed. I bet your heart swelled as you listened to your boys play. I love the picture of all of you, beautiful family. Happy Mothers Day.
very cute! Happy Mother's Day! You have four beautiful reasons to celebrate.
You have a beautiful family!

These pics are just wonderful! The boys look so grown-up, and very proud to have been involved in the recital. I know you and Dad must have been very proud too!
I'm sorry that your adoption plans are hitting so many snags. We did adopt from our state, through DCF. It went fairly smooth. Our little guy was "special needs", but we still had to wait for TPR. If you ever wanted to ask questions, I'd be glad to lend any advice I could. We have thought about adopting again, but honestly, the thought of the paperwork is so overwhelming that it stalls us when we start to get the "itch". I know the paperwork is important, but is it more important than the child's well-being??? I'm sure you could write a book on the subject!
I pray that you will find peace with a new plan, and also that you will have peace in your present state. Easier said than done, I think.
I hope you have a wonderful Happy Mother's Day!

Wising you a very Happy Mother's Day!!!
How exciting, they are beautiful children. I can't believe how fast our children grow, in the fall I send two off to college and one is in 10th grade. I feel like it was just yesterday when they were little tykes.

You ARE a BLESSED mother FOUR times!! I sure did enjoy those! Everyone looks so beautiful; the girls' dresses are adorable. Sarah, you look GREAT and the boys are so handsome. I am sure they made you very proud! How sweet to make music together with their papa! Precious, precious boys!
